长春市建设用地对经济增长的贡献研究Study on the Contribution of Building Land Input in Changchun to Its Economic Growth

摘要(Abstract)：
运用土地报酬递减原理和柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型,分析2001-2010年间长春市建设用地投入合理性及其对经济增长的贡献。研究表明:①2001-2010年间长春市建设用地的平均报酬递增,边际产出高于平均产出,总报酬持续上升,说明长春市建设用地处于土地报酬递增阶段,土地的投入是合理的;②通过柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型确定的资本投入、劳动力数量和建设用地数量的指标弹性系数之和大于1,同样说明长春市建设用地的投入处于报酬递增阶段;③建设用地对长春市经济发展的贡献低于资本及技术的投入,说明长春市经济发展不依赖于建设用地的扩张,已经走向建设用地集约发展的阶段,但是建设用地节约集约利用水平不高。
