山东省土地综合承载力协调发展度分析The Research on the Coordinated Development Degree of Urban Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity System in Shandong Province

摘要(Abstract):
城市土地综合承载力系统协调发展的有效测度,能够反映该系统有序均衡持续发展的基本情况。本文以人口、资源、环境、经济、社会、交通、科技、财政为主要因素,从城市土地支撑力水平和城市土地受压力强度这一视角出发,构建了一套较为完善的城市土地综合承载力系统协调发展度指标体系;并采用灰关联熵法确定评价指标权重,结合综合指数评价模型给出了系统协调发展度评价模型;进而对2010年山东省地级市土地综合承载力系统协调发展度进行了实证研究,并运用ArcGIS技术和GeoDa软件对系统协调发展度进行了空间自相关分析。结果表明:山东省地级市土地综合承载力系统协调发展度空间差异比较显著,呈现出以山东半岛城市群地区为"主轴",以鲁西北地区、鲁南地区为"两翼"的空间分布格局,且在空间分布上表现出较为明显的空间集聚特征;除济南市、青岛市、淄博市、烟台市外,山东省其余地级市土地支撑力水平均低于土地受压力强度,这也表明山东省地级市土地系统协调发展度有较大的可挖掘潜力,有利于提高山东省地级市土地的潜在综合承载力。
